  4. DeliveryPolicy:
    • Products are shipped to the address specified by the customer.

  • Customers must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any visible damages or discrepancies immediately to the carrier and Aurrelan S.L.

The product must be returned in its original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Non-Consumers: Business customers are not eligible for withdrawal rights.

    • Products are covered by a legal warranty against defects. Claims must be submitted within two years for Consumers and within the applicable period under commercial laws for Non-Consumers.
  • Refurbished products may show minor wear but remain functional. Cosmetic imperfections are not covered under the warranty.

    • For Non-Consumers, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gipuzkoa, Spain.
    • For Consumers, disputes are resolved in the courts of their place of residence.
